finally spring time

We accomplished quite a bit over the weekend, besides working 3 Twins games, and cleaning up the yard. The warm weather has finally arrived in MN (and is apparently leaving rather quickly) and it has brought with it motivation to tackle some projects around the house before it gets officially hot. Here's a sneak peak at one of the projects we did:

We also found time, between the DIY and vending jobs, to get our first grill-out session in of the spring, as well as take the plastic off the windows and enjoy some sunlight and breeze in our house! Being able to leave the windows open at night and during the work day makes the headache of hauling groceries up to the 2nd story totally worth it.

Now it's a race to get a few more things crossed off the list before it snows(?!!) again this Thursday or Friday.
