Supposedly up to 6 inches, although that estimate is going down every time I turn on the news.
Now that we have that out of the way, back to regularly scheduled blogging:
Day 7: Tuesday, April 9
Breakfast:
-1/2 cup oatmeal
-mixed fruit
-1 Tblsp honey
Lunch:
-baked potato with homemade salsa and feta
-1/2 cup cottage cheese with pineapple
-clementines
Snack:
-homemade "clean" muffin with apple butter
Dinner:
-leftover black bean soup (somehow I have already lost the recipe for you)
-leftover naan
-steamed broccoli
Day 8: Wednesday, April 10
Breakfast:
-oatmeal, greek yogurt, and mixed berry smoothie (with milk, chia seeds, and honey also)
Lunch:
-more leftover black bean soup, with feta
-1 hardboiled egg
-2 clementines
-1/2 cup greek yogurt with mixed fruit and a drizzle of honey
Dinner: (Not pictured- you can blame my visiting parents for making me forget)
-homemade hamburger buns (same adapted recipe as the rolls from over the weekend)
-turkey burgers
